KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull reports and analyze data to make recommendations to the group on potential improvements or efficiencies to HR processes and programs
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute a variety of reports including turnover, employee engagement surveys, and assisting with employee-related processes
  • Support the annual performance development processes, including interim, year-end, and compensation planning
  • Work on special projects and oversee project manage action items to help ensure objectives are met

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent human resources or comparable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration or relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to develop clear and concise written communications
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm’s partners and employees
