Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a key member of our dedicated divisional HR team, you’ll partner closely with six directorates within the Women’s, Cardiac, Clinical Support, and Sexual Health division.
This division is home to around 4,000 staff, within a broader Trust workforce of approximately 15,000.
As part of your role, you will work closely with our central Outpatient Service management team as they refine and execute their resourcing and workforce development strategy.
You’ll play a crucial role in transforming and scaling their operations, with a strong emphasis on embracing digital innovation.
This 18-month fixed-term position is ideal for an experienced HR professional stepping in to cover for a colleague promoted to lead a major change initiative.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with management to develop and implement evidence-based resourcing strategies, workforce development plans.
- Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to projects that enhance workforce performance, equality of opportunity, and employee voice across our division.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on a small number of our more complex employee relations cases with a solution-focused, compassionate approach.
- Cultural Development: Foster a culture of compassionate leadership and active employee participation, ensuring our organizational values guide all aspects of people management.
- Adaptability: Flexibly respond to evolving priorities, working across multiple services within our portfolio to meet organizational needs.
