Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Prepare and process employee documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure pre-employment documentation is complete.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with training programs.
- Provide administrative support in training and development programs.
- Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and assist in implementing compliance measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in employee relations or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
