Description:

We are currently looking for an Associate ICT Product Owner to join our team. In this new role you will play a key part in the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of platform development within the business. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will manage the platform backlog, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and mitigating risks throughout the process. A key part of the role will involve staying up-to-date with evolving Power Platform technologies and serving as an escalation point for support and troubleshooting across the business.

Responsibilities:

OUTLINE OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ASSOCIATE ICT PRODUCT OWNER

  • Planning, prioritisation and delivery of the platform backlog, working closely with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Mitigate risks on an ongoing basis
  • Keep up to date in the constantly evolving technology of Power Platform
  • Escalation point for support and carrying out troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving problems received across THG
  • Identify enhancements and continuous improvements within the platform, supporting the improvement in value and satisfaction
  • Provide product innovation and evolution ideas to maximise the value from the platform
  • Attend User-Groups and conferences as appropriate, reporting back to relevant parties any proposed changes which may impact on the ICT product roadmap
  • Provide and maintain Standards and Guidelines to ensure the platform is product safe and secure. Ensure all relevant THG ICT policies with regard to compliance & security are adhered to in the Power Platform environment
  • Work with ICT colleagues to ensure all aspects of the platform are addressed, including scalability, security, maintainability and supportability
  • Work with Business Improvement Team (BIT) and ICT colleagues to define activities required to continually promote and raise awareness of Power Platform
  • Contribute to regular workshops and user groups to promote the awareness and use of the platform and create training sessions as required
  • Contribute to Power Platform advice when assisting in the design and development of Power Platform apps
  • Provide orientation to users for some MS Office applications as required

  • Starting salary of £33,115
  • Annual pay scale increase
