JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Design, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in Internal Communication or Human Resources
- Experience in event management and working with external parties
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of graphic design and communication concepts, familiarity with Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
- Client service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical thinking

Responsibilities:
- Corporate Communication: Support the team in developing creative communication strategies and tools for various projects within HC Transformation.
- Wellness: Assist with day-to-day activities related to wellness initiatives.
- Culture Projects: Manage culture projects at the firm-wide level, collaborating with other HC pillars or committees; Handle various culture projects, manage project timelines and resources, and lead specific parts of the projects as needed.
- HC Transformation Day-to-Day: Manage and update the HC Transformation report on a regular basis.
