Your Impact:

  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage country portfolios, ensuring compliance with client timelines and guidelines, budget management, performance management, appropriate staffing, conflict of interest monitoring, invoicing, reporting, and other administrative processes. In this aspect of project management, collaboration with colleagues from various locations is important.
  • Other related work: Provide support on consulting assignments.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our Director, Senior Managers, and Managers to identify new opportunities to deliver impact. Develop and write proposals to secure new assignments and build new service offerings to respond to a fast-changing market.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data using data analytics tools to provide relevant insights.
  • Executive Presentations: Prepare, communicate, and report executive presentations on the results of current assignments to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Philanthropy and Not-for-Profit Work: Opportunity to engage in projects that support not-for-profit entities and philanthropic initiatives, contributing to the improvement of their organizations and achieving impact.

Your Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, international affairs, or accounting. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English. Proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, attention to detail, ability to convert data into relevant insights, and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player, curious thinker, self-motivated, adaptable to changing requirements, and able to produce high-quality outputs under deadlines, and committed to continuous improvement.
