About The Role:
As an Associate Investment Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of managed fund product research, empowering financial professionals and subscribers with cutting-edge insights. You’ll dive into a diverse range of asset classes, from fixed income to global equities, alternatives, Australian equities, property, and multi-asset sectors. While knowledge of private markets and property is a plus, it’s not a prerequisite for this exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on managed funds products, analysing their merits and preparing comprehensive reports
  • Provide research support to our Managed Funds Research team
  • Communicate with clients, addressing their queries and needs with confidence and professionalism
  • Contribute to our daily bulletin email and broader business initiatives

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a research house, stockbroker, dealer group, fund manager, or corporate environment
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and concise language
  • A demonstrable interest in finance and investment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong understanding of investment markets and asset classes
  • Interviewing and communication skills that allow you to ask probing questions with confidence and clarity
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, while also taking ownership of your own objectives
  • A positive attitude and a passion for learning!
