The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate, Investor Relations & Financial Communications to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted partner and strategic facilitator for our executives, playing a critical part in enabling their success and contributing to the overall achievement of our business objectives.
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of our executives’ schedules, communications, and daily operations. By anticipating their needs and proactively addressing issues before they arise, you will create an efficient and productive work environment that allows our senior leaders to focus on driving the organization forward.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations & Financial Communications team
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and scripts for earnings calls
  • Manage comprehensive calendar coordination and scheduling for assigned executives, including travel planning and logistics
  • Prepare and format high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives
  • Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support executive decision-making and shareholder engagement
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including creating agendas, distributing materials, and capturing and distributing meeting notes
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fielding inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address items before they become issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Provide general administrative support, such as processing expenses, arranging catering, and managing office supplies
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or post-secondary certification
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to exceeding expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with internal and external parties, particularly when handling confidential matters
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and client focus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to manage information and correspondence on multiple levels
  • Mature judgment and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
