We’re seeking a team member for the role of Associate, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID .

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Assisting with processing financial transactions, providing account information, and responding to client inquiries daily of varying complexity.
Providing advanced technical assistance for shareholders’ online accounts.
On a case-by-case basis, reviewing shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalating matters through appropriate channels, when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
Tracking the progress of the matters that you escalate to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues.
Providing guidance to junior members of the staff.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

High school or secondary school degree required.
BA/BS degree or a minimum of two-year customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency with navigation/use of multiple computer applications simultaneously needed.
SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63 FINRA licenses are required.
