Description:
The Frankfurt office of Jones Day has an immediate need for an associate to join its Government Regulation.
Jones Day’s Government Regulation Practice advises predominantly international clients in all areas of public commercial law and regulated industries. Particular areas of focus are
- regulation of the telecommunications and (air) transport sector
- constitutional and European law
- environmental and planning law
- foreign trade law
- and transactional public law advice.
In the areas of telecommunications and transport regulation, Jones Day’s Government Regulation Practice has been among the top law firms in the JUVE ranking for 20 years. Here we advise leading global players.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed two German state exams in law (preferably VB)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Study or work experience in English-speaking foreign countries
- A completed Ph.D. in law is welcome, but not a prerequisite for employment
- Team player, working in an international environment and at a high legal level
