We are looking for an Associate Key Account Manager to join our team in Mexico. You will own a revenue target for the accounts that you manage by:

  • Maintaining and encourage a strong professional relationship with client.
  • Own and execute account plan for each client.
  • Analyze sales initiatives to achieve annual sales targets aligned with annual plan.
  • Understand data trends to identify, action and influence long term in order to maximize potential.
  • Track metrics to record the success of your assigned clients.
  • Motivate teams to meet business objectives and position Mattel as a strategic partner and preferred supplier for our Customer.
  • More than 4 years of experience with key accounts (Modern Trade).
  • Proven track record leading successful negotiations.
  • Ability to develop and grow business.
  • Strategic mindset, collaboration, high analysis capacity and results oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, initiative, and determination.
  • Excel Savy
