Our Country Business is looking to recruit an exceptional agent to run our New Forest and Isle of Wight sales market. This is a rare and unique opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most picturesque areas, listing and selling exceptional homes.

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated, has strong leadership skills and able to develop staff and build relationships at all levels. In addition, they should have a strong track record in leading market appraisals, negotiating deals, and strategically building a sales business that will deliver both now and in the future.
The role will be based in our Lymington office but will involve close collaboration with the sales team in our Winchester office and work collaborate with our Country House Department in London. Full support will be provided by our Viewing Assistant team and our high-performing operations team, the role will report directly into our Head of Hampshire, Clive Moon.
Knowledge of the New Forest and Isle of Wight area would be beneficial but not essential.
