Description:
- 2 year Max Term Contract Role

- Excellent opportunity to join Westpac’s KYC Services team
Responsibilities:
- Actively and positively engage in ‘Stand-Ups’ and formal team meetings.
- Work with your colleagues to build accurate procedures of current processes ensuring they are always kept up to date.
- Work closely with Supervisor and Manager to actively engage in cross training within the team.
- Manage the close interaction between the Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve risk mitigation by tightening controls and/or procedures.
- Embrace change initiatives and work with your colleagues to keep procedures updated and implement the change processes as seamlessly as possible.
- Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and work closely with Management to work through cost vs benefit analysis and delivery plan for implementation. Own delivery where agreed.
- Ensure that operational risk practices are actively understood and complete all mandatory training e.g., Banking Code of Practice
