As an Associate Learning and Development Advisor, you’ll lead successful daily program execution, including classroom management, training and development record maintenance, testing and measurement processes, self-paced learning, e-learning, and partner training. You will also assist in the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for the CDW Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to implement a best-in-class onboarding program that supports CDW’s strategies and goals
- Train and facilitate sessions for coworkers across various areas of the business
- Coach new coworkers to build required skills, analyze program participant needs, and develop individualized plans to meet identified needs
- Participate in project teams to design and develop participant and instructional materials.
