As well as having a strong understanding of UK laws and regulations, ideally you’ll be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years PQE, however excellent candidates with less experience will be considered. You’ll also have:

  • Good drafting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder

THIS HYBRID ROLE OFFERS A GREAT BALANCE OF HOME AND OFFICE WORKING. YOU’LL JOIN YOUR COLLEAGUES IN YOUR LOCAL OFFICE AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

As well as having a strong understanding of UK laws and regulations, ideally you’ll be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years PQE, however excellent candidates with less experience will be considered. You’ll also have:

  • Good drafting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Transactional work, including corporate transactions
  • Supporting on a wide variety of other legal work which may include litigation, employment, marketing & advertising and compliance
  • Drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements
  • Risk mitigation, horizon scanning and awarenes
