As well as having a strong understanding of UK laws and regulations, ideally you’ll be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years PQE, however excellent candidates with less experience will be considered. You’ll also have:
- Good drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder

THIS HYBRID ROLE OFFERS A GREAT BALANCE OF HOME AND OFFICE WORKING. YOU’LL JOIN YOUR COLLEAGUES IN YOUR LOCAL OFFICE AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Transactional work, including corporate transactions
- Supporting on a wide variety of other legal work which may include litigation, employment, marketing & advertising and compliance
- Drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements
- Risk mitigation, horizon scanning and awarenes
