Job Description:
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategy for owned channel marketing programs and develop lifecycle campaigns for users on our platform. This includes A/B test set up, content strategy, performance readouts, and program management.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Poshmark’s product, market presence, and competition to create compelling owned channel marketing
  • Own the experimentation/learning agenda to identify opportunities to improve the funnel through optimization of our channels and audiences
  • Oversee the user lifecycle funnel – collaborating across Marketing, Engineering, Growth, and Product
  • Set KPIs, track, and build reports on the efficiency of our growth funnel and show the impact on our business goals
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing communications, nurturing journeys, and driving conversion rates throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Segment audiences for personalized, effective messaging
  • Closely monitor core KPIs and ensure accurate representation in MoEngage and Looker dashboards
  • Provide insights to inform creative strategy, the diversification of our creative assets needs, and the testing of creative in market

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email program management and push experiences
  • Marketing experience in the software or B2C technology industry
  • Proficiency in tools like Iterable, MoEngage, Braze, with a deep understanding of CRM, email systems
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Expertise in segmentation and conversion techniques, with the ability to quickly turn insights into effective actions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and excelling in prioritization
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and experimenting with new strategies, adaptable to feedback and results

6-Month Accomplishments:

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Use a holistic understanding of our communications to recommend improvements to content
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Identify lifecycle opportunities and improvements to be made to areas of each user journey

12+ Month Accomplishments:

  • Report on campaign performance, recommending A/B testing, optimizations, and other strategies to improve metrics
  • Own a funnel of the business and create programs to drive activation and retention of audience segments

Salary Range:
$103,500.00 - $147,000.00 Annual
