Description:
Our leading litigation practice is looking for an associate to join our Montréal office.
By joining Davies, you will be part of a dedicated team of high-achieving lawyers with a proven track record of success. We are consistently at the heart of the largest and most intricate business litigations in Canada and around the world.
We strive to deliver exceptional work, always going the extra mile to obtain the best results. We are practical and business-minded. We work as one large team, driven to ensure we meet our client’s best interests. We take ownership of problems and are creative in our solutions.
As an associate, you will be an instrumental part of our team. You will be working directly with our partners on developing the general strategy, working with our clients, preparing and managing evidence, performing legal research, preparing arguments and pleading before various tribunals.
We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic record and 3+ years of comparable experience in a sophisticated commercial litigation practice. Successful lawyers at Davies are adaptable, hard working, curious, problem-solvers, team-players, level-headed and business-minded.
