Position Summary:
The Associate Brand Manager, Air Fresheners is responsible for managing initiatives that fulfill the corporate strategy of the Auto Care business. This position will support the Director in development of differentiated product solutions based on consumer insights and market trends, incorporating requirements for commercial success. This position will closely collaborate across functions to create and execute marketing cycle plans, moving with urgency to bring new product to market, maximizing brand profitability, and managing a multi-brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the identification, development and launch of key marketing initiatives across multiple brands, including Armor All and Podium Series.
  • Uphold brand integrity through the development and implementation of marketing elements (packaging, messaging, etc.)
  • Support research plans to uncover consumer needs and build differentiated, relevant opportunities for the brands.
  • Collaborate with R&D to merge consumer needs and applied technology into effective consumer solutions.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and continually seek to understand changing market dynamics.
  • ROI analysis
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned
  • CPG or retail experience
  • Cross-functional work experience
  • Strong presentation skills

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on Business, Marketing; MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years of brand marketing experience
  • English proficiency required
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and self-direct
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
