Responsibilities:
As Associate Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Clinical Solutions Implementation function across the US. You will lead and mentor a team of Clinical Associates, ensuring their training, development, and engagement to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will drive key initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will individually deliver implementation in a smaller geographic area.
- Team Management – directly manage the Clinical Solutions Implementation team, comprising of Clinical Associates. This entails overseeing their performance, development, engagement
- Day-to-Day Operations – lead activities for the implementation team, encompassing support request triaging, strategic meetings with Customer Experience and Clinical Informatics, deployment, and customer satisfaction
- Strategy Implementation – contribute to and execute the appropriate strategy, goals, and objectives for the Acute Care Business Unit
- Process Standardization – collaborate with Customer Experience, Education COE, and Clinical Strategy & Solutions to drive process standardization and lean improvements across the country.
