ASSOCIATE MANAGER FOR EVENING PRODUCTION

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a can-do attitude who can drive team performance and well-being. You are a team player and manage to be self-motivating and proactive, just as you possess a natural power of impact and action. It is preferred that you you have a background within coordination / supervision of operators.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As Associate Manager for the evening shift, you will have full responsibility for production output and performance, and you will coordinate and prioritize production tasks. You will lead a team of approx. 15 operators who are responsible for operating our SFI production, consisting of multiple processes in the cleanroom production.
Working hours are 4 days per week primarily Monday to Thursday (occasionally Friday) where you follow your team on evening shift.
YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Ensure well-being, engagement, and performance in the team through visible leadership, involvement, sparring and feedback
- Ensure a positive physical and mental working environment in collaboration with the leadership team and the working environment representative
- Effective utilization, prioritization of resources and machines in collaboration with the production management
- Follow the performance of the production lines and ensure rapid rectification of stops and challenges in cooperation with the technical department and other partners
- Daily prioritization, follow-up, and implementation of improvement measures. Ensure a constantly high level of quality
- Adherence with KPIs and production plan for own shift in collaboration with the production management.
- Carrying out 1:1-interviews as well as absenteeism and employee development interviews
- Work in the production process alongside the operators on the production line when needed (up to 40% per week)
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Good communicative skills and you can give constructive feedback and in-depth guidance
- Experience in various LEAN-tools and a structured approach to problem solving
- Experience from a GMP-regulated production and you thrive in a busy working day
- Natural flair for leading people and a strong focus on achieving results in collaboration with your team
- Well-developed collaboration skills in Danish and English - both in writing and orally
Your background and education are not the most important, but experience within GMP-regulated production is important. You could be an experienced and ambitious operator or junior leader/coordinator who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. You should be a natural born leader who likes to set the direction and lead people on the shop floor and take part in the daily production.
