THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to lead our maintenance team at the M2 Fermentation production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems within the facility, supporting the production of life-saving medicines.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this position, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
- Ideally, 3- 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or fermentation production facility combined with maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
Your natural curiosity will be crucial to your success. You have a constructive approach to problem-solving and focus on finding sustainable solutions together with your colleagues while building a solid culture in the new team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment and system reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance, identifying issues or improvements, and coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance with schedules and standards.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
