QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • Technical or academic background in marine engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Experience working in GMP-focused environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Danish is a plus.

You have strong communication skills, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. Independent and proactive, you identify initiatives to support reliable project execution. With a high drive and team-oriented mindset, you motivate and engage others, leading effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a team of approx. 20-30 external project engineers working on complex projects focused on increasing capacity for our key products.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and workload, ensuring each project has the right engineering support.
  • Ensure the team possesses both the technical and behavioural skills needed for success.
  • Act as an engaged, hands-on leader, balancing immediate needs with long-term growth for each team member and the team as a whole
