Within the broader retention marketing team, the Consumer Promotions Strategy pod blends data-driven insights with strategy to drive business growth through innovative promotions and offers. We are expanding into loyalty offers by integrating Canada’s largest and most adopted loyalty program on to DoorDash

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Manager, Loyalty Promotions you will create and launch loyalty offers on DoorDash to drive user engagement and retention. You will manage day-to-day performance of our loyalty offers, including building targeting, experimentation and optimization of offers, and deliver our key success metrics for the loyalty program. You will also support the P&L management of the program in terms of impact and financials. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Consumer Promotion Strategy.
