Associate OMNI Manager – COLD WD AND PASO BRANDS
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Omni Marketing Manager to join our Cold Beverages team. In this role, you will lead the OMNI marketing planning and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands, including Dr Pepper, Crush, Bai, and Mott’s Fruitsations, among others.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on omni-channel or integrated marketing strategies, preferably within the CPG or beverage industry.
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • < 15% travel required

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the Canadian CPG/FMCG industry;
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Project management, time management and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Attention to detail and quality;
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, retail, social, and traditional channels to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
  • Omni-Channel Campaign Management:
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROAS
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure ROI.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
  • Commercial Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to develop integrated commercial plans that maximize conversion opportunities throughout the shopper journey.
  • Work with Insights to uncover new shopper insights that will unlock new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational capabilities.
