ASSOCIATE MANAGER, PARTNERSHIP
Mississauga, 3 days on site

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager, Partnership to lead and execute key initiatives for our partner brands. This role is pivotal in driving new product introductions, managing product transitions, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree required,
- Project Management and/or Six Sigma Certifications are key assets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in client management
- Solid understanding of new product launches, transitions, and exits.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills.
- Takes initiative with enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong in building relationships cross-functionally internally and with customers externally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, execute and drive new product introductions (NPI), including being the project owner of stage gate presentations, timeline, and milestone management,
- Work cross functionally to coordinate and manage artwork, packaging, production, and product flow.
- Lead the transitions and exit of current products through managing end of life (EOL) and transitions cross-functional work including obsolesces for finished goods, packaging, and other materials.
- Support in the management of partner relationships and act as the primary contact for cross-functional teams, and US counterparts; including contractual governance and compliance, internal and external communication, partner satisfaction, and key delivery and profitability metrics (# of items, volume, revenue, margin, delivery, forecast and fulfillment rates, etc.).
- Lead the activation of partner brand plans by developing an integrated project milestones and timelines and communicate it effectively to cross functional teams and acting as project owner
- Support the Development of the partner brands annual brand plan and manages the strategy for all their product forms and channels; prioritization based on consumer and market needs/insights.
- Participate and support in partnership discussions and negotiations with new and existing brand partners from initial conversations through business case and deal closure.
- Collaborate with US R&D and regulatory teams to develop and adapt product for the Canadian market
- Build strong relationships with demand planning, supply chain, sales, finance and other teams to ensure partner strategy is being executed in order to achieve our business objectives
- Track projects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate success of the projects, and pursue path to optimization
- Responsible for P&L / budget planning process and the execution for its client/partner portfolio
- Compile and analyze sales report and market data (Nielson) to provide recommendations on product portfolio.
