Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to effectively manage the proposal and contract development process, especially managing and reconciling input from subject matter experts and ensuring final output is delivered on time and to specifications
- Effectively works under pressure and takes responsibility to deliver high quality budgets and documents free from error
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High degree of numeracy
- Superior editing, proofreading, and writing skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales process, including experience working with sales organizations
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies, major biotech clients, and/or healthcare industry experience in a service organization
- Experience working in a cross-matrixed organization with remote team members
- Initiative-taker with ability to learn independently, proactively search for information, and ability to work with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Development, Program Management, Marketing, Legal, and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create compelling quotes and proposals that effectively position Invicro solutions to meet the needs of clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain budgets to support proposals and contracts, including change orders, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, ensuring numerical accuracy and adherence to Invicro’s pricing strategy
- Lead the proposal development process, including scheduling strategy and review meetings, drafting content, coordinating SME input, and final proposal production and delivery
- Lead the RFI response development process, including scheduling strategy and review meetings, drafting content, coordinating SME input, and final response production and delivery
- Maintain proposal, contract, and RFI templates and content libraries to ensure all material remains updated and compliant with legal, licensing, branding, and marketing positioning standards
- Support the Legal department with the execution cycle of contractual documents
- Acts as a resource in the business development process as needed, assisting team members
- Other duties as assigned
