Wells Fargo Auto is seeking an inspiring leader to be an Associate Manager in Auto Operations to join an exciting new partnership with Volkswagen/Audi to be the exclusive financing lender. The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to lead a group of motivated employees. In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team of Customer Service and Collection agents
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of work activities to achieve the volume expected and to meet operational requirements in Customer Service and Collections functional areas
  • Make day to day supervisory decisions
  • Resolve issues to monitor work allocation and operations under the direction of senior management by leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate Customer Service and Collections teams and managers while interacting with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
