We are currently looking for Associate Manager Ops Finance to join our Finance Team in Manila.
- Work closely with the team lead to help manage PACoE team in Manila which handles a number of transactional tasks supporting different lines of business around the globe.
- Tasks include but not limited to End dates, Timesheet Corrections, Closing Projects, MRT Bot Support, T&M closed jobs, Evidera Actual hours transfer -back up, pulling reports from Clarity for Client reporting, Training/Calls with Current Task, Management Hours, Admin Tasks (emails & other ad hoc tasks), Study Advance, Ends Dates with Centralized Process, Support Central Clarity Team - New Units / New awards.
- Oversees and organize Team daily/weekly/monthly tasks; individual tasks & assignments; performance against set targets.
- Collaborate with business to promptly resolve open issues.
- Develops and implements procedures that optimize process efficiency.
- Identifies gaps/inefficiencies in the procedural documents (SOP, WPDs, AP Narratives) and proposes corrective measures/update in processes.
- Monitor KPI and processing criteria.
- Manages staff which include interviewing and selection, job description preparation,professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, mentoringand employee counseling. Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring and terminations. Reviews and approves expense reports, requests for leave and overtime.
