Description:

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Marketing Director in strategic planning and optimize operations across marketing divisions
  • Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, encouraging innovation and high performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with recruiting, IT, HR and other departments to align efforts
  • Analyze and report on marketing data to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 15 years of relevant experience required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of proposal development and creative processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and metrics
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing approach
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
