QUALIFICATIONS
- Actuellement en cours d’obtention d’un diplôme en Marketing, Commerce, Communications ou un domaine connexe.
- Compétences analytiques solides et attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Le candidat doit être entièrement bilingue à un niveau élevé en français/anglais (obligatoire - parlé et écrit), car il doit pouvoir rédiger des textes marketing qui résonneront au Québec, au Canada anglophone et aux États-Unis.
- Fort narrateur avec la capacité de créer des récits convaincants, sous divers formats, y compris la vidéo, à l’appui de nos stratégies d’affaires et de produits.
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office 365.
- Expérience en conception graphique avec des outils tels que Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop est un atout.
- Familiarité avec la gestion des réseaux sociaux et les outils de marketing numérique est un plus.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de pharmacie de détail est un atout.
Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. JOB SUMMARY
McKesson Canada’s Technology Solutions Marketing team is responsible for planning and implementing projects and events to position McKesson as a pharmacy technology leader in Canada, and an automation solutions leader in the US market. The Associate Marketing Specialist Intern is a marketing generalist role that will provide exposure to various aspects of the greater marketing function within Technology Solutions, as well as healthcare technology marketing across North America.
The internship will run for four months during the summer (May-August), starting May 1st, 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must be fully bilingual at a high level in French/English (mandatory - speaking and writing), as they must be able to write marketing copy that will resonate in Quebec, English Canada and the United States.
- Strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives, in various formats, including video, in support of our business and product strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Graphic design experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is an asset
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment is an asset
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Responsibilities:
- Execute against a centralized marketing calendar to include digital marketing, social media and email campaigns, contributing to their full life cycle, including creative/copy development, data segmentation, and reporting/analysis
- Develop engaging content for sales enablement assets such as brochures, videos, webinars, articles and similar
- Create compelling social media posts and digital content to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience (primarily focused on LinkedIn)
- Assist in trade show marketing and/or event support, including possible on-site support during events
- Ensure marketing and communications deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, enabling consistent brand delivery
- Deliver high quality content through a variety of channels, translating IT terms into easy-to-understand general concepts for customers; simplify the complex into clear, concise, engaging communications without losing key ideas and messages
- Build creative solutions that drive demand, bringing fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
- Perform other duties as assigned to support McKesson Canada
