POSITION OVERVIEW

Working closely with Trade Marketing & IT teams, the Associate will plan, manage, and execute sales activation projects to support brand building initiatives, new product launches, and customer-specific marketing programs. The Associate should have a good understanding of the marketing funnel, possess project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly into the Manager, Marketing Communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop cross-channel marketing strategies for all campaigns and projects. Define communication strategy and partner with the Creative team to bring to life at every consumer touchpoint
  • Execute go-to-market plans for new product development, supporting all Sales Activation related activations alongside cross-functional partners
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, developing creative ways to drive brand growth
  • Provide constructive feedback on marketing content, images, and other graphical elements to ensure campaign deliverables are cohesive and within brand guidelines
  • Partner with Trade Marketing to optimize brand presence on retailer sites and plan and execute national and retailer-specific marketing plans that drive brand preference and purchase online
  • Participate in broader cross functional marketing meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Support Product Ownership of LEVOLOR.com. Conduct competitor and market analysis. Analyze and optimize digital performance. Seek ways to improve consumer experience.
  • Coordinate digital asset delivery and UAT of site enhancements with IT.
  • Utilize project workflow and proofing tools for job tracking and department accountability
  • Contacts and assists vendors when needed to ensure projects are executed properly
  • Be a Brand Steward – ensure all communication is in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone and strategy
  • Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
  • Use ethical business practices in dealing with customers, coworkers, vendors, suppliers, and the community8
