JOB SUMMARY

Woodbine Entertainment (WE) is on a journey to become a customer-centric marketing powerhouse. We are building a team of brand champions who will aspire to ‘wow every guest’. The WE Marketing Team is accountable for developing and delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions to meet the organization’s strategic imperatives and launch a new breed of experience at Woodbine.
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Betting and Digital Experience, the Associate Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing, will play a key role in driving the growth of Woodbine betting by managing and executing promotions, evaluating their effectiveness, and providing recommendations to drive engagement and revenue growth. You will oversee core wagering channels and lead creative briefings to develop impactful marketing campaigns and promotions. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a creative flair to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience.

Promotion Management:

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze promotion performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Evaluation and Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for promotions and programs.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of promotions against set KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to enhance future initiatives.

Creative Briefing and Campaign Development:

  • Lead creative briefing sessions to provide clear direction to internal and external creative teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop compelling and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and content adhere to brand standards and messaging guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on promotions, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the wagering industry and understanding of sports betting markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
