Description:
In this position you will provide support to the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. It requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. It will work closely with various team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Position Compensation Range:
$50,000.00 - $83,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- Assist in the coordination, planning, execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Establish and assign tracking for marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to establish timelines and ensure projects and campaigns stay on the production schedule. Including reviews by legal and SMEs.
- Reviewing, providing feedback, proofing and approving marketing campaign creative
- Maintaining campaign specifications
- Review invoices for accuracy and submit for payment
- Other duties as assigned

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service

- Excellent interpersonal skills to effective communicate with internal teams, external vendors and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Proofing Marketing Creatives:
- Demonstrated ability to review and proof marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and content quality.
- 3rd Party Production Collaboration:
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party partners to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783
