We are searching for the best talent for the Associate Medical Manager Immunology to be in Mexico City
Purpose: The Associate Medical Manager - Hematology fulfills duties related to the needs of the organization’s Medical Affairs clients, from partnering with clients and offering innovative solutions through collaborating with internal teams to create effective strategies during project delivery. Provides evidence-based information on scientific and clinical requirements for new Medical Affairs products and features and takes on key administrative tasks for the department. Follows established safety, privacy, and confidentiality protocol.
You will be responsible for:
- Creates and updates documents based on project, medical strategy, and budget plans.
- Imports and reports upon clinical and product level metrics.
- Delivers clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Under general supervision, disseminates evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Directs individuals regarding medical affairs expertise and support to Product Development teams and Medical Affairs teams.
- Provides medical interpretation of data to internal and external parties.
- Assists in the management of key links into global brand clinical activities by maintaining collaborative working relationships with medical physicians.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Medicine or master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in Pharm Industry and in Gastroenterology is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Availability to travel
- Generally, 5-10 years of work experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, academic research and/or health care
- Communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Teamwork, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Coaching skills is a plus
- Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values
