Description:

Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, is specialized in the Europe-wide distribution of children’s textiles under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…).
The company has experienced incredible growth since its creation, and already has over 400 employees across Europe .
We distribute our products both wholesale, with major specialist and multi-brand manufacturers, and retail, via our corners in department stores.
So if you’re buying children’s clothing (0-7 years for Nike and 0-16 years for Levi’s Converse and Jordan), whether in a boutique or online, in France, Romania or any other European country, the product you’re holding comes from us even if you’re buying it in a Nike or Levi’s boutique!
To support our Merchandising team, we are looking for an Associate Merchandising Manager on permanent contract in Hilversum.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate internal communication between Nike/Jordan and Converse Merchandising, Planning and Sales teams, by actively creating, collecting, filtering, and distributing apparel product relevant information (e.g., Design Boards, SMU requests, forecast files, sales tools)
  • Gain in depth understanding of Key European Markets, strategic accounts, and distribution by pursuing market research and report on important findings to relevant departments including trends, competitor activity, pricing.
  • Collecting, filtering, and summarizing the sales requests for the seasonal line plan input (including price structure, product, SMU) and building relationship with the sales team to explore potential for product opportunities within the marketplace.
  • Participate in cross functional projects related to the strategic plan and provide inputs for key presentations.
  • Manage organisation of key meetings: Pre-Lines, SIM (invite sending, room set up for VC / samples, send out prep material where applicable, etc) coordinating with all involved parties.
  • Follow up with cross functional team after key meetings (Pre-Line / SIM) to distribute documents and collect/consolidate feedback.
  • Support the merchandisers with seasonal hind sighting reports (Style / SKU productivity, GPM% analysis, ASP, Product Forecasting vs Adoption) and managing product data within Dynamics365, Salesforce, Power BI.
