ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and experienced Midwife to join our Birthing Centre as an Associate Midwife Unit Manager.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
In this role you will provide clinical expertise and lead our team of exceptional Midwives.
As an Associate Midwife Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to women and their families during the childbirth journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Working within a dynamic and supportive environment, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, woman-centred care. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership, mentoring midwifery staff and contributing to the continuous improvement of midwifery practices.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, OR registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
