POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The purpose of this position is to educate and coach Independent Members on the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, the terms and conditions of the Herbalife Membership Application and Agreement and regulatory requirements. It is also to enforce and correct violations, to promote an ethical and fair environment in which Herbalife products may be distributed, Independent Member businesses may thrive and to protect Herbalife’s intellectual property rights, thereby protecting Herbalife’s Independent Members, the Customers and the brand and image of the company.

SKILLS:

  • Strong clerical skills and the ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2–3-year experience in a service-oriented industry
  • At least 2–3-year experience in a position of policies/guidelines bounded environment which requires resolving problems in a day-to-day operation
  • Experience on technical specifications
  • At least 90% in Daily Shake in the last 3 months.

Education:

  • At least High School diploma

    (Desirable: College/University Degree at least 50%, preferred in para-legal and administrative fields)

  • Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide guidance to Members so they can promote their businesses in a manner that is correct, ethical and fair.
  2. Focus on and become specialized in one or more specific MPC area as requested (e.g., internet, export or dual memberships, etc.)
  3. Responsible for the overall file handling procedure includes but not limited to research, investigate, documentation as well as oral/written/face-to-face communication with Herbalife Member and possibly external parties. Able to prioritize with quality service aligning with the defined processes and meeting the SLAs. Managing each case file with an efficient solution and in a professional, timely and quality manner.
  4. Be knowledgeable and updated with the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, Herbalife’s intellectual property rights and local regulatory requirement in order to support member’s inquires and coach members to conduct business in compliance with internal and external rules/laws.
  5. Perform proactive research in order to minimize potential violations related to member’s business activities includes but not limited to review internet and/or any media, generate internal reports to analyze trends of member’s activities, purchasing products from suspicious channels and/or work with external agencies.
  6. Effectively utilize applicable databases, the internet and internal and external sources to perform various systems and other research.
  7. Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Members and customers.
  8. Be a team player in supporting the team and colleagues to ensure a consistent and timely workflow.
  9. Complete all clerical responsibilities associated with owns or the team’s duties includes but not limited to letter correspondence, emails, calls and filing.
  10. Exalt and protect Herbalife’s reputation through partnerships with Members so that their messages are consistent with the company’s.
  11. Support and participate on trainings and other corporate activities.
