We’re currently looking for a results-driven professional to join our EMEA Listing and Capital Markets team. In this role, you will work closely with team members on all aspects of originating and executing New Listings within the EMEA region, supporting existing business and engaging with different stakeholders within the US capital markets landscape.
About the team
With over 250 of EMEA‘s largest and most influential companies listed on Nasdaq, including companies such as Monday.com, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Vodafone and more, the Nasdaq listing team in EMEA helps listed companies maximize the benefits of the US capital markets and leverage the assets and services Nasdaq can offer to its listed companies. In addition, the team works closely with private and locally listed companies, founders, management teams and other stakeholders from the UK, EU, Nordics, Israel, Middle East and Africa, providing access to the resources needed to successfully make the transition into the US capital markets, raise capital and change the world.
What you’ll do
In this highly visible position as an associate in the EMEA Listing team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of originating and executing new business and supporting existing business within the EMEA region. You will liaise with C-level executives, investor relations professionals, underwriters, outside counsel, members of the trading community, sales, events, marketing and regulation professionals.

On a regular day, you will:

  • Support Executives and Managing Directors with deal execution and project management
  • Manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with new prospects, investors and industry advisors
  • Creatively identify industry trends and provide strategic insights, conduct data analysis, and prepare presentation materials.
  • Develop strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Manage and maintain databases and run analysis and reports as needed.
  • Travel as required

Who you are

  • 3-5 years documented success in one or a combination of financial services, investment banking, wealth management or enterprise sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of global capital markets, investor relations and IPOs
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pitchbook, Factset and other databases
  • Strong planning, data analysis and research skills with great attention to detail
  • Fluent in Spanish, German or French - Advantage
  • High expectations of yourself and those around you
  • Self-starter, curious, proactive, able to work across cultures and under stress.
