Crestview Hostel is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role, contributing to the management and development of our nursing team while enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Nurse Unit Manager in leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to aged care residents.
- Promote continuity and consistency of care across shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for both residents and staff.
- Help implement practice changes, improve clinical processes, and ensure safe, effective care.
- Manage ward/unit/service operations, including staffing, rostering, performance management, and financial planning.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring their growth in clinical and leadership competencies.
