- Base Salary Range: $103,353 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata)

Responsibilities:
Step into a leadership role where you can make a real difference in patient care and staff development. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide exceptional nursing and/or midwifery services across a variety of healthcare settings, building on your experience and advanced knowledge. As you grow from a competent to proficient practitioner, you’ll take ownership of your practice standards, oversee delegated activities, and provide valuable guidance to less experienced staff.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to lead and support a team of dedicated nurses and midwives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent care. You’ll play an integral part in shaping practice improvements, implementing changes, and managing key operational aspects such as performance management, recruitment, staffing, rostering, and financial planning. Your leadership will foster a collaborative, thriving environment where patient care is always the priority.
