Responsibilities:
Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Chemotherapy, you’ll provide expert nursing care while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and mentor less experienced staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and promoting consistency across the unit.
You’ll work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to lead a team of nurses, driving practice improvements, managing staffing and rostering, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the chemotherapy ward. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the care experience for patients, collaborating with your team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate service.
