The Associate Nurse Unit Manager works with the Nurse Unit Manger and care team to deliver person centred holistic care services in the Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP) funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. The SDCP offers temporary care with a goal to stabilise and reduce a person’s behavioural symptoms with a supported transition into a less intensive care setting.
