ROLE PROFILE

With Focus Studio’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Associate, Client Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The Client Relations Manager role at our design-build firm will focus on:

  • Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Business Development: Working closely with Business Development Team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Presentation Coordination: Overseeing the complete presentation process, from project identification to client acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Business Development:

  • Work with Business Development Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design-build market.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Network with industry professionals to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations.

Contract Development & Management:

  • Oversee the development and submission of presentations.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to gather presentation content.
  • Ensure presentations are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
  • Track presentation progress and deadlines.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to achieve project goals.
  • Share client feedback and insights to improve internal processes.
