We are seeking an Associate Office Manager with 2-3 years experience, Saudi national with strong facilities experience. Due to the requirements of this role, only relevant applications will be considered and contacted.

Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
Identify, procure, and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Plan and arrange business travel for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Provide travel support, including managing travel documentation and addressing any issues that arise during trips.
Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and budget guidelines.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
Handle company’s needs for us.
Managing Amer portal.
Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics and manage event-related resources
