Job Description
About the Team: Reporting to the Personal Shopping Associate Manager, the Associate Online Personal Stylist is responsible for supporting the Personal Shopping team to provide a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience. The ideal candidate will answer high value customers’ requests in real time, develop a supporting relationship with the Online Personal Stylist’s client base, and source product information for both the Personal Shopping and Customer Care teams.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or sales associate role.
• Styling experience will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Fluency in Korean will be considered as a strong asset.
