Description:
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Sartell, Minnesota. This vital role involves managing various office functions within the industry, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor assigned email accounts and task boards to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests
- Handle the creation of orders, activation of shipments, building loads, scheduling appointments, and tracking shipments
- Document events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and prior experience
- Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating questions or requests when necessary
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to standards
- Maintain high standards of communication, prioritization, and time management
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
- Adhere to company policy and procedures, including those related to affirmative action and discrimination laws
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and other tools for efficient operations and data management.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Solid understanding and experience in Office Functions and Training
- Familiarity with Operations and Procedures in a business setting
- Ability to Schedule Appointments and handle Invoices effectively
- Quality assurance skills and understanding of Shipping Functions
- Excellent Time Management abilities
- Ability to Execute tasks effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Understanding and adherence to Company Policy
- Ability to Prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Experience in a Call Center environment
- Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures
