Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for the Foreign Bank Notes (Vault) Team as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations Division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures
• Process incoming and outgoing foreign bank note transactions
• Balance and reconcile foreign bank note transactions

Required Qualifications:

Job Expectations:

• Training: (on the job training)
• Hours of operations: Monday - Friday. 7:30am to 4pm
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds (lifting and pulling)
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed
