Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months cash handling/vault
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience

Job Expectations:

  • Training: 2-3 weeks (on the job training)
  • Schedule: Monday 9am -5:30pm , Thursday & Friday 11:30am-5:30pm or until work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours or more
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds/ cash vault/lifting and pulling
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • 260 Charles Lindbergh Dr Salt Lake City, UT (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location )
