We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate (Supervisor) Corporate Action EDM
to join our CORPORATE ACTION EDM team. This role is in Dublin Ireland, HYBRID.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Key Responsibilities
Processing Corporate Actions: Accurately process a wide range of corporate action events, including, mergers, stock splits, and other equity and fixed-income events.
Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of corporate actions transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on corporate action events to determine their impact on client accounts and portfolios.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of corporate actions events and related information.
Compliance: Ensure all corporate actions are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and review various reports related to corporate actions activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Training and Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in corporate actions, accounting, or a related field within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: CPA, CFA, or related certifications are a plus.
