ParkView Partners (“ParkView”) is a partner-led German investment banking boutique focusing on large- to mid-cap complex M&A
transactions and public takeovers. ParkView provides discreet and independent investment banking advice beyond traditional
investment banking capabilities and approaches based on our deep analytical tool set and interdisciplinary approach. We are
combining tier one strategic and financial advisory knowledge with an outstanding expertise in corporate valuation. We provide
unbiased advice to senior decision makers on complex corporate finance decisions, including M&A, public takeovers, takeover and
activism defense and other strategic finance decisions. Our senior leadership consists of seasoned investment banking professionals
from leading global institutions, who have advised on some of the most prominent public transactions in Germany.
To support our growing team in Frankfurt/Main, we are looking for an
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or leading corporate finance boutique
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modelling and business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset and proactivity
- Strong academic background
Responsibilities:
You will work alongside experienced investment banking professionals on a variety of advisory assignments and large-to mid-cap
M&A transactions, with a focus on activism defense and public takeovers. You will play a central and accountable role in all aspects
of executing such transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with our clients.
Your work will include, inter alia:
- Detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading multiple, comparable transaction multiple and LBO analysis
- Detailed combination, transaction structuring and other financial analysis
- Day-to-day transaction execution and project management
- Preparation of presentations for client meetings, board presentations, management presentations, etc.
- Assistance with new business development
- Daily interaction with the senior leadership team and client management teams
- Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to analysts
